For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?

We would like to inform you that your personal data is collected by the Administrator and processed in order to perform a sales agreement or provide services. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(section1)(letter b) of the RODO.

The Administrator also processes your data in order to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, in particular tax regulations. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6(section 1)(letter c) of the  RODO

Additionally, the Administrator processes data in order to establish, assert or defend claims which may be raised against it in connection with the concluded agreement. The aforementioned purposes constitute a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this regard is Article 6(section 1)(letter f) of the RODO.

The Administator undertakes to maintain secrecy regarding personal data and to keep them properly secured

 

What kind of data is processed by us?

Please be informed that the data we process are: name and surname and email address

 

Will we forward your data to other entities?

The recipient of your personal data will be an entity providing the Administrator with the technical services necessary to complete the payment - i.e. ING Bank Śląski S.A., the iMoje service provider (www.imoje.pl).

We will not transfer your personal data to third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Union). At the same time, we would like to inform you that the entities with which we cooperate provide sufficient guarantee of the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures and thus meet the requirements of the RODO in this regard.

 

How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the payment process and for the duration in accordance with the applicable provisions of common law, taking into account the provisions on the statute of limitations for claims and tax obligations.

Personal data stored in cookies, will be stored for the period indicated below (in the section entitled "Cookies").

 

The rights you have in relation to our processing of your personal data.

We kindly inform you that you have the right to:

1. Request access to the personal data processed by the Administrator;

2. In case  your personal data processed by the Administrator is incorrect, you have the right to rectify it , i.e. to have it amended or completed;

3. In case  your personal data is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; when you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data; when you object on the grounds described below or when  the data should be erased in order to comply with an obligation arising from a legal provision or the data was collected in relation to the provision of electronic services offered to your child, you have the right to request the Administrator to erase your personal data

4. In case you question the correctness of the personal data being processed, you have the right to demand the restriction of its processing for the period allowing the Administrator to verify the correctness of the data;

5. Apart from the case referred to in point 4, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if they are processed unlawfully but you do not want the Administrator to delete them; if your data are no longer necessary for the Administrator, but they may be necessary for the defence or assertion of your claims or if you object to the processing of your data on the grounds set out below until it is established whether the Administrator's legitimate grounds for the objection prevail over the grounds for the objection;

6. To require the transfer of the personal data indicated by you, insofar as the Administrator processes your data by automated means, on the basis of your consent.

In order to use  one of the abovementioned rights, we kindly ask you to contact our Data Protection Officer - the contact details have been provided above. In order to properly excersise your rights, the Administrator may verify your identity.

 

If in your opinion the Administrator infringed the provisions on personal data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

In which situations do you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data?

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(section1)(letter f) of the RODO). In such a situation, the Administrator will no longer be able to process your data unless there is a valid legitimate ground  to override your rights and freedom or a ground to establish, assert or defend the Administator's claims.

When do you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data?

If your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Consequences of failure to provide personal data

In the case of data provided for payment purposes, we would like to inform you that providing your personal data is not obligatory, but the lack would make it impossible to make the payment.

In the case of information contained in cookies, we would like to inform you that your provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide your personal data, using the website may be partially hindered.

 

Do we process your data in automated manner?

We kindly inform you that the personal data provided by you will not be processed in an automated manner, in particular will not be subject to profiling.

Our website uses two types of cookies

1. Session cookies, which are deleted from the device memory after the end of a given browser session or computer shutdown;

The cookies used do not collect any personal data or any confidential information from your device when you visit our website (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).

We store session data and cookies for a half an hour. Log-in data is stored for 3 years.

Through the cookies we collect your IP address, the type of browser used, the type of operating system, information about your internet service provider, information about the time, date and location of your login.

You have the possibility to disable cookies in your browser settings. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to use our website.

In matters not covered by the above regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular the RODO (the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of people in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) shall apply.
